MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICIES
In order to receive a refund/credit, merchandise must be unopened and in re-sellable condition. YogaFit Canada will not accept returns on opened CDs, or DVDs. No refunds/credits will be issued on opened merchandise unless damaged or defective. Damaged/defective items may be exchanged for the same titles only. Returns for refund must be made within 30 days of purchase, otherwise merchandise credit will be issued. Initial postage is non-refundable and all returned items will be at the expense of the customer unless item is damaged/defective. The refunded amount will be for product only including applicable sales tax. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Sorry, no exceptions. Please email info@yogafitcanada.com to receive your RA#.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Please note that Gift Certificates expire 1 year after the time of purchase.
MERCHANDISE SHIPPING NOTIFICATION
Customers will receive email notification upon shipment of merchandise including tracking numbers. Customers may track their orders through the YogaFit Canada website by logging into individual accounts. Please be sure to store your YogaFit Canada Account information for future use. Alternatively you can track orders directly on the Canada Post website: www.canadapost.ca

BACKORDERED / OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
All backordered/out of stock items listed on a placed order will be held and not shipped until those items are allocated. In that event the customer will have various options:

Customer may request to split-ship the order (and be charged for additional shipping). The allocated items will ship and the backordered items will ship once allocated.

Customer may exchange backordered items for in stock/allocated items.
